Day 1 San Francisco - Morro Bay State Park - Solvang - Los Angeles(440 miles)

Passengers will be picked up in the Bay Area in the morning. From there we will travel to Morro Bay State Park to see the volcanic formation Morro Rock. We will then move on to Solvang, CA, home of the Denmark Village. We will spend the night in Los Angeles.

This scenic state park is based around Morro Bay. The park's marshlands boast a thriving seabird population, and one of its selling points is amazing bird-watching. However, it is also home to beautiful bay scenery and some interesting geological features.

Antiquated windmills and Northern Europeans-style architecture punctuate the little village's skyline. Brilliant sunshine, boundless open country and rolling hills- these are the characteristics of what the original Danish immigrants called "Solvang" or "Sunny Field"

In the morning we will travel to Carlsbad, CA to visit Legoland. We will then tour the city of San Diego, CA. Stops on our tour include the Naval Base, the Hotel del Coronado, and an optional boat tour of San Diego Harbor.
