Everything worked very well with the hotel room and the tickets for the parks and even the shuttle form and for the airport. It is save to buy this package and it is worth. We had problems with the hotel about breakfast each was just bread and butter/jelly, coffee and orange juice and if you anted the hot breakfast was $11,50 per day. The problem is that this is not informed at any point during your purchase, they say the breakfasts is included but they don't say it is a different and horrible one. The shuttle was late almost every day, we used the shuttle for 7 days and had problems 5 times. Other thing about the shuttle is that the hour it came back to the hotel is not so good if you want to watch the shows after 8pm you need to take a cab back to the hotel 'cuz there wont be any shuttle after that the only exception is for the Magic Kingdom that they have shuttle until 12am. I still recommend this site and package 'cuz it was am amazing time and although the breakfast is horrible and the shuttle is not the at the best time we were able to enjoy every day and minute of our time there and was magical. =D
