Day 1: New York - Finger Lakes - Niagara Falls (380 miles)

Depart New York and travel northwest through the beautiful Mountains and across scenic upstate New York. Experience the state's diverse ethnic heritage and the rolling hills of the Finger Lakes, one of the country's premier wine producing areas, before reaching today's highlight, Niagara Falls. At night enjoy the view of the massive illuminated waterfalls.

In the morning, we will ride the Maid of the Mist. From there, we will head to Toronto, ON, where our tour of the city includes the Eaton Centre, Chinatown, and the Ontario Legislative Building. We will spend the night in the Thousand Islands Region.

Day 3: Thousand Islands - Woodbury - New York (380 miles)

In the morning we will take a Boat Tour of the Thousand Islands region. After the cruise, we will cross the Thousand Islands Bridge back to the United States. Continue south through central New York state to the Catskill Mountains, sometimes known as the "Borscht Belt". After stopping for a quick shopping break at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, we will conclude our tour before driving back via New Jersey to New York City.

Confirmation

  • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

Redemption

  • You will receive an email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us.

Cancellation penalties per person as follows:(Notification day and departure day are not counted)

  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will have 50% cancellation penalty.
  • Full tour price will be charged for cancellations made 14 days or less. No refunds will be made on unused portions of a tour.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
  • No refunds will be made on unused portions of a tour.
  • EAST COAST TOURS INCLUDING AIR: No refund for any changes or cancellations made after booking the tour.
  • WEST COAST CANCELLATION ON TOURS WITH AIR: A non refundable fee of $75.00 per person applies from time of booking for the air portion. The rest of cancellation policy remains as above.

Responsibility
We act as agent for all issued tickets or vouchers and all arrangements for transportation, conveyance or hotel accommodation and assumes no liability or responsibility for (1) any injuries, loss, damage, accidents (2) delay, irregularities or inconvenience by any defect in a vehicle (3) traffic conditions, access to sites, additional costs or other conditions beyond its control. We reserve the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules, or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour without prior notice & to substitute equipment as needed. We reserve the right to remove any passenger that is a disturbance or posses any threat to the smooth operation of a tour.

Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

  • One of the best tours I ever taken. Our driver/tour guide was Ben, he was totally awesome. He made sure we all were okay and very educated, he knew what he was talking about. I would highly recommend this tour to anybody in the USA as well as international.I wish they had tours going to CT,Ma,Vermont, NH, Rhode Is and Maine area. i ALREADY RECOMMENDED TO MY FRIENDS.
