Great value tour and fully as advertised. We have been on tours before and they are always frantic, just to pack everything in. Jason the guide did an excellent job as did David the driver. We will be back!
over value for money was great however felt that there was not much time at any place and some places we just went by it. May be less stops with more itme wqill be better. Hotels were excellent. Our tour guide Scott was very helpful.
Tour was well organised, hotel was great..overall it was value for money.
However, if you are a non-cantonese/mandarin speaking person then you will feel left out..tour guide was speaking mostly in cantonese/mandarin (90% of the time). Some people complained and we got a tiny bit more translations towards the end of the tour. I didn't feel we got what we paid for on that front.
It would have been nicer if the tour guide told us about buffet dinner planned for 2 nights. We could have eaten less during the day before having a huge dinner..just minor thing really..
Very little time was scheduled for Washington DC, we missed out alot as we couldn't spend more time going to museum or the white house.
Overall, lots of friendly people on the tour, would love to do it again provided I have a better english speaking tour guide.
Hotels were great - value for money. The hotels were a fair distance away which meant alot of travelling on the bus (which could have been avoided if we stayed somewhere closer!) Lots of hidden additional extras (things to do and set meals), tour guide was not that great at understanding english!! Tour in some areas were very very rushed. Lots of people on the tour were not punctual so parts of the tour were cut short. Over all, good value for money tour if you want to spend 20-30mins at each site.
