Day 1 Maceio-Maragogi-Maceio(257 km)

In the morning, guests will be picked up from their hotels in Maceio. Today we will journey to Maragogi, at the northernmost point of the Alagoas Gold Coast, a location blessed with the exuberant beauty of its pristine beaches and living gales (a reef complex named after old shipwrecks). We will get the opportunity to explore this amazing eco-system formed by natural pools among coral-lined reefs. The crystal-clear waters of this beach make it an ideal place for snorkeling and scuba diving. We have the option of taking a Catamaran Trip 6km offshore to the gales for an additional cost. This trip is dependent on the tide. The beach has complete facilities including full restaurant and bar services. After a delightful day, we will return to Maceio, where guests will be dropped off to end this tour. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.

This tropical city on the Brazilian Coast is known for its beautiful beach of the same name. Just offshore, scuba divers will delight in a living coral reef. The area is filled with tropical vegetation.

  • Always Available
From beautiful Maragogi Beach, we will sail on a catamaran to the gales, the tropical pools that form during low tide, roughly 6km offshore, making for a relaxing trip to see a unique local feature.
