Hello everyone Firstly my thanks to TakeTours for such a great job in a cheap tour. We had a great time. The hotels were good and they tried to take us to as many places as possible. Trip to Las Vegas with the tour guide, Candy, was the awesome part. She was amazing. Very helpful and took all of the group together. The other guides were fine too. Ming and Che were good. We visited Las Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon and San Francisco. The trip to Yosemite was awesome. Itís beautiful places, from homes to diverse plants and waterfalls. You will love it. Saying all this, I will like to give few suggestions. These trips mostly have Chinese people and the guides speak Chinese mostly which is bit confusing for others. They made reservation at Chinese hotel in Chinatown. I just wanted to suggest that please make reservations according to interest of people. We hardly got any place to eat because it was all Chinese food. Secondly the trip to San Francisco should be for 3-4 days. As two days are just to travel and it made me sad when we didnít even have an hour to stay at Golden Gate Bridge and didnít even fully get to explore the city. If one can come so far, it wouldnít harm to stay a little longer at this beautiful city. We got only half hour at Lombard Street, which is kind of sad too. If the stay was for 3-4 days, we could have chance to visit the city by our own too. Over all good job. :)

Overall it's good and value for your money. Tour guide was also very nice, can speak well in both English and Chinese. Accommodation is comfortable but a bit far from the city center (in Los Angeles). Wake up time is too early, but it's fine if all the program can be completed in a day, and still have free time for us in shopping and sightseeing.

    I recommend this tour!

Overall was comfortable. Value for the money. Don't expect 5 stars services but 3 stars services. You get what you pay for.

From a value for money perspective, given the cost of the tour - it was very competitive. However, it is important that if you choose this tour, you are aware of the following: 1- 99% of the passengers are chinese speaking. The tour guides mainly speaks Chinese and will give you the key information in English. 2 - You will always start early and may have to change buses a few times before you begin your journey. 3 - The stops along the journey as well as the dining options will mostly cater to the chinese food. So your main options to eat will only be chinese food. 4 - The actual itinerary was very different from the one published on the website.

    I recommend this tour!

The trip was good but my suggestion for the tour operator is please provide a tour guide who can speak good English. It was quite difficult for us to understand the way the guide spoke. Also the details shown in your web site are different to what the actual tour operator has shown but they are only a few changes. Overall the trip was enjoyed by our family.

Tour was overall good. Bus was comfortable. Tour guide was warm, helpful and professional. Could not go to Grand Canyon due to inclement weather but that was not the tour operator's fault. No remedy was made by the tour operator for not being able to go to Grand Canyon though.
