The overall experience has been good. However there were a few things which I thought could have been better. -- LA city tour should be a part of this trip -- LV city tour should be a part of this trip -- The guide we had from LA to LV and grand canyon was knowledgeable but not courteous. We had to ask him questions multiple times for him to respond back. -- The SFO scenic tour should be part of this trip. No additional amount should be changed as they did. I want to recognize the guide we had from LA to SFO. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient. We liked him.

I had a wonderful experience with your company. I indeed look forward to getting another tour with my family to some places we have not yet visited granted the time, the resources and the opportunity. The tour guide, my daughter calls him big Mike was very helpful and understanding.... he was very kind and knowledgeable enough to explain the history and the significance of the places we visited though we had some difficulty catching up and understanding with the kind of English he was speaking (I understand he is basically Chinese) that we often ended up clarifying his instructions by asking him again the details of where and what time do we go back to the meeting place. Moreover the music being played was repeated over and over again, though in fairness, the choices of the music were excellent, soft and mellow. In general though, we enjoyed the trip no matter how tiring it was. Thanks and more power!
