Day 1 Los Angeles - Las Vegas - St. George(336 miles)

In the morning, guests will be picked up in the Los Angeles area. We will start our day following the route of the San Bernardino Mountains toward the Mojave Desert on the way to Las Vegas, NV. Once there, we will stop for lunch and to pick up those passengers who have chosen to join us in Las Vegas. From here we will travel east, spending the night in the town of St. George, UT.
Arrival in Las Vegas, please meet your tour guide in M GM Grand Hotel (West Wing Bar Starbucks Coffee) at 2:00pm.

Day 2 St. George - Antelope Canyon - Page - Monument Valley Tribal Park - Moab(406 miles)

In the morning we will visit the Upper Antelope Canyon near Page, AZ and take an optional jeep tour. From there, we will journey to the Navajo Reservation to spend some time at Monument Valley Tribal Park. After seeing this gorgeous area, we will make our way to Moab, UT for the night.

The canyon was formed through erosion, which smoothed the sandstone walls into a graceful, flowing shape. And the Upper Antelope is the place where water runs through rocks. Light beams start to peek into the canyon March 20 and disappear October 7 each year.

Today we will visit the famous Arches National Park as well as Canyonlands National Park. We will return to Las Vegas for the night.

Moab is a city in Grand County, in eastern Utah, in the western United States. The population was 5,046 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat and largest city in Grand County. Moab attracts a large number of tourists every year, mostly visitors to the nearby Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

Before we leave Las Vegas, we will travel to the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and its Botanical Cactus Gardens.     Opening Hours: Mon - Sun 8:30am - 6:00pm, Live chocolate production hours vary, but are generally Monday - Friday until 4:30 p.m. Chocolate factory workers are not available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Overall, the tour was great. But I believe it would have been better if the actual delicate arch and mesa arch in canyonland were given priority instead of the viewpoint and the double arches.

The parks are magnificent... fantastic views and scenery along the way...lots of sites covered in a very short time. Go and see the parks while they are still there.
