Overall experience was good. Tour guide & Bus driver are well experience and conduct the tours very well.

Great value for money. Met lots of different people on the tours. Like the way tours are organised with some people at the start of their tours, some people in the middle or doing short tours. Talking with other passengers gives you some idea what to expect. Like EARLY mornings, and what is included. Loved Mark our gujde to Vegas and Grand Canyon. Hope your ankle is feeling better, nice to know l am not the only one to fall off the last stap of the bus. Would recommend this tour to friends as an affordable way to travel and would book with you again. To the person who complained about being vegetarian and too many Asian restaurants- my daughter is vegetarian and there was so much variety at the Chinese buffets+ there was a great variety of other places to eat.

The tour was fantastic, five stars, 10/10, just great. The itinerary was well set out and detailed. The best experience was in The West Rim of the Grand Canyon and the Las Vegas tours, the tour guides knew what they were talking about, well informed and kind also through-out the tour they looked after us and everybody well.

Posted by: MILON on 2010-05-26

The West Coast trip of ours was extremely well taken care of. The guides, especially Kevin and David, along with our bus driver, Angel.

It was a very well designed tour. The places we stayed were wonderful. We were thoroughly satisfied with the tour. The only hitch was that we always stopped at the Chinese restaurants and being a vegetarian we were not very comfortable with that. Thankfully we carried our own food other than that it was a marvelous experience. Thanks!

We had a lovely tour and must say it was well organized and well worth the money. The hotels were fantastic the guides were great and very helpful. There was only one upset and that was at the Grand Canyon where we had booked two rooms but were given one room which was very uncomfortable since we had a bunk bed and one person had to climb up and being senior citizens it was dangerous, but the guide explained that they were short of rooms. On the whole we enjoyed our the trip and we will definitely book all our tours with GotoBus again.

My family enjoyed our first trip in America. We saw Grand Canyon, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Yosemite, Disneyland, Universal Studio and Sea World. My son LOVES Disneyland. We had a lot of fun and the driver was very professional so the whole trip was very safe. We want to travel with gotobus again to see New York if we can come to US next year.
